For Amazon sellers

Six listings.
One properly filed family.

Catalove connects to your Amazon Seller account, checks your listings against Amazon's own current rules for your category, and merges them into a single parent listing with real variations — with nothing submitted until you've reviewed exactly what's changing.

Why not just do it by hand

Amazon's variation rules are specific — and unforgiving if you guess.

01

Checks the real rules first

Every merge is validated against the current, live rules for your specific product type before anything is touched — not a generic checklist.

02

Nothing moves without you

You see exactly what Catalove found, fix anything it flags, and approve the final submission yourself. There's no silent auto-merge.

03

Works with what you already have

Built for listings you've already published, not a fresh start. Catalove reads your existing data and proposes the merge around it.

The process

Four steps, in order, every time.

Connect your Amazon Seller account

Standard Amazon authorization — you approve the connection on Amazon's own site, and can revoke it at any time from there.

Pick the listings you want combined

Point at an existing parent listing, or the standalone listings you want organized into one, and choose what varies between them — size, color, or another attribute.

Review what Catalove found

See a plain-language explanation of anything flagged — a mismatched attribute, a duplicate value, language that could read as review manipulation — and fix it inline.

Approve, and it's submitted

Once everything checks out and you've confirmed, Catalove submits the update to Amazon on your behalf and tracks it through to completion.

Data & trust

What Catalove can see, and what it can't.

Catalove is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon. "Amazon" and "Seller Central" are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates.

Catalove requests access to your product listing data only — titles, SKUs, ASINs, and variation attributes needed to build and submit a merge request. It does not request access to orders, payments, or buyer information.

Read the full Privacy Policy and Terms of Service for details on how listing data is stored, used, and deleted.

Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 2026

This policy explains what information Catalove.AI ("Catalove," "we," "us") collects when you connect your Amazon Seller account, how it's used, and how you can control or remove it.

What we collect

When you connect your Amazon Seller account, Amazon grants Catalove access strictly to your product listing data under the Product Listing role — this includes listing titles, SKUs, ASINs, product type, and variation attributes (such as size or color values). We do not request, and cannot access, order history, payment or financial details, or buyer personal information.

We also collect the information you provide directly, such as your email address, when you contact us or request early access.

How we use it

Listing data is used only to: display your existing listings back to you inside Catalove, check them against Amazon's current rules for your product category, and build the merge request you explicitly review and approve before it's submitted to Amazon. We do not use your listing data to train models, and we do not sell it.

Storage and security

Data is stored with access-controlled, encrypted infrastructure. Amazon authorization tokens are stored separately from listing content and are never displayed in full within the application. Access is limited to what's needed to operate the service.

Sharing

We share data only with Amazon's Selling Partner API, as needed to read your listings and submit merges you've approved, and with infrastructure providers who process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations. We do not sell listing data or seller information to third parties.

Your controls

You can disconnect Catalove's access to your Amazon account at any time, both from within Catalove and directly from your Amazon Seller Central account settings. You can request deletion of your stored data by contacting us below, and we will remove it except where retention is required to resolve an in-progress submission or comply with law.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes materially, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify active users directly.

Terms of Service

Last updated: August 2026

These terms govern your use of Catalove.AI. By connecting your Amazon Seller account or otherwise using the service, you agree to them.

What Catalove does

Catalove is a third-party tool that reads your existing Amazon listing data, checks proposed listing merges against Amazon's current rules for your product category, and — only after you review and approve — submits the resulting update to Amazon on your behalf via the Selling Partner API.

Your responsibilities

You're responsible for the accuracy of the listing information you review and approve inside Catalove, and for ensuring you have the right to make the changes you request. Catalove surfaces Amazon's rules and flags potential issues, but final responsibility for what's submitted to your Amazon account rests with you as the account holder.

No guarantee of outcome

Catalove checks listings against Amazon's currently known rules, but Amazon's own systems make the final decision on any submission, and rules or category requirements can change without notice. We don't guarantee that a submission will be accepted, or that Amazon won't independently flag an account for unrelated reasons.

Independent service

Catalove is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates. "Amazon," "Amazon Seller Central," and related marks belong to their respective owners.

Availability

Catalove is currently offered as a private beta and may change, be limited, or be temporarily unavailable while it's being actively developed.

Ending access

You may stop using Catalove and disconnect your Amazon account at any time. We may suspend access for accounts that misuse the service or violate Amazon's own policies, including its Acceptable Use Policy.
